This privacy policy applies to the Infinity Dash: Hero Arcade app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Paranex (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application stores game progress, including coin balance, streak patterns, and character preferences locally on your device. Additionally, non-personally identifiable game data such as high scores and total coins may be stored on our secure servers to provide global leaderboard and ranking features.

Opt-out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

Requesting Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of any data collected via the Application, please contact us at the developer support email. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection laws and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. Continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
